Real Repentance Bears Visible Fruit

Real Repentance Bears Visible Fruit

A changed heart will inevitably produce a changed life. Repentance is more than a moment of emotion or a private feeling; it is a change of mind that leads to a change of direction. This transformation is not meant to stay hidden but will show itself in practical, tangible ways. The evidence of a repentant heart is seen in our actions, our generosity, and our integrity when no one is watching.

Luke 3:8 (KJV): “Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance, and begin not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, That God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.”

Reflection: What is one specific, practical "fruit" in your daily life, perhaps in your generosity, honesty, or patience, that could serve as evidence of a genuinely repentant and transformed heart?
